The Education Council looks after all things inside the classroom here at UWA – it’s the peak student voice to represent your educational experience, and is made up of student representatives across a range of Faculties and Schools of the University!
The 2020 committee for our Education Council will soon be elected and nominations are now open. Positions available to be filled include:
- Vice-President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- 2 x OCMs
The election will take place on November 19th, at the last meeting of the 2019 Education Council. All nominated candidates will be asked to deliver a 1 minute speech, after which the voting members of Council will cast their ballot.
Nominations can be sent to the returning officer at [email protected]. Nominations close at 12pm, November 19th. No further nominations after this time can be accepted.
