The Guild is conducting a review of student equity to assess how it engages with students from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and how it can better support and enable low-SES student involvement. We are looking for two OCMs to work on this project for the remainder of 2019. The project has four focuses:
- Barriers to education
- Barriers to involvement in the student experience
- Representation of low-SES students
- Barriers to low-SES students becoming student leaders
