Bike Repair Volunteers Needed

Know your way around a bike? Know how to change a tyre? Or maybe fix a broken chain? We need you!

Repair Lab is a grassroots initiative to encourage and help Perth folks to come up with new and creative ways to salvage perfectly usable things. They gather volunteers who can assess and fix broken items, and give some insight on how to fix them. It’s a collaborative and learning experience, a little antidote to our modern-day throw-away mentality.

The next repair lab focuses on fixing up bikes. Help us build the UWA student community. Please bring along some spare tools that you own. We need people who have the know-how, as well as the tools!
