Breaking the Glass Ceiling- Representing Women in Business

A panel discussion followed by casual networking. The panel will focus on gender pay gap, promotions for women (glass ceiling), disproportionate representation of women, etc. Main objective is to increase awareness and understanding of the disproportionate representation of women as a multi-faceted issue that is relevant yet simultaneously unique across different sectors.
