GHSC is a project run by Interhealth a branch of WAMMS. At its core GHSC aims to promote a range of different global health issues through some sort of event medium, whether that be a panel night, or a one-day seminar. This year, we really want to bring back that original mission of upskilling specifically medical students and we want to do it in a manner that’s complementary to existing teaching materials.
This year on the 10th of July, GHSC is hosting a full day workshop focusing on on trauma informed care, addiction and homelessness, and minority health including refugee/migrant health. The day will be broken down into three seminars as shown on the slide with each seminar being followed by a workshop. These workshops will allow you guys to implement seminar content in a competitive setting
