International Women's Day Bake Sale

International Women's Day is an opportunity to celebrate inclusivity, diversity and equity. It is a day to commend the achievements of women all around the world who are fighting against negative stereotypes, bias and discrimination, whilst observing that we still have a way to go before gender equality is realised. The Amnesty UWA Club will be holding a bake sale stall on this day, selling cakes and biscuits with all funds raised going towards the Malala Fund, a not-for-profit advocating for resources and policy changes that improve access to education for girls.
