Special General Meeting 2024

The Guild has received the requisite number of signatures via petition to call a Special General Meeting discussing the topic of UWA's financial ties to Israel/Gaza. The Guild Executive has decided as such to call a Special General Meeting under the relevant section of the Guild Regulations. 

Student IDs will be verified at the door of the lecture theatre. Students will be given a voting slip to vote upon the motion presented by the petitioners. The Guild President will chair the meeting. Debate will be allowed under the Guild Standing Orders and speaking time will be limited to 2minutes.
