UWAnime Cosplay Cocktail Night

UWAnime is hosting its inaugural Cosplay Cocktail Night! 🪩💃

Come celebrate the end of semester with food, drinks and a night of cosplay! This event is sure to be the perfect way to wind down before exams, catch up with friends, and even get to know others in the club better!

📅 Date: Friday 10th of May
🕒 Time: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
📍 Location: UWA Tavern (18+ event, ID Required)

Free food will be provided for all attendees but please inform the committee of any dietary requirments when you purchase your ticket. Other than the Cosplay Competition we will also have a variety of fun activites such as: a photobooth featuring your favourite characters, group sketch area, raffles, games and more!

Tickets are limited, so make sure to be quick cause once they're gone, they're gone! The FIRST 60 people to purchase a ticket will also receive a voucher for 1 FREE drink ($10 value incl. non alcoholic) from the Tav.

🎟️ Non-Member: $20 

All those formally participating in the cosplay competition will get a chance to come on stage and introduce themselves and their character. The committee will judge the cosplays on a number of categories and assign a handful of awards such as casual cosplays and craftmanship. The main winners of the night will be: Best Overall Cosplay, Member's Choice & Best Stage Presence. 

We ask everyone who wishes to participate to fill out this form before the night [ Cosplay Competition Signup ] and would like everyone, participating or not, to read up on UWAnime's Cosplay Policy [ Cosplay Policy ]. And for all those not coming in cosplay, feel free to put on your best dress! 

Tickets can purchased either from the UWAnime Clubroom via cash or bank transfer or by contacting us directly via Facebook, Instagram or Email ([email protected]) and paying via bank transfer.
