What Can I Do With My Degree? Philosophy, Politics, Economics

We are running a series of seminars in which students studying or interested in a particular degree can hear first hand from UWA researchers where their degree can take them. Our event will have an emphasis on current research in these fields, as it is primarily targeted at Bachelor of Philosophy students who will pursue Honours. 

Our first featured disciplines will be Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. We are collaborating with the Undergraduate Philosophy Society, with members of both of our clubs chairing the discussion with professors and researchers. 

The events will be in a lecture theatre, with questions about current research, potential careers, and other interesting aspects of studying or pursuing a career in each speaker’s chosen field. After the discussion period, there will be a designated time for students to mingle and network with the speakers.
