The UWA Tavern
The long-standing and refurbished UWA Tavern is right across from the banks of Matilda Bay and is one of the largest capacity venues for private hire in Perth.
This beautiful heritage building is ideal for big birthday parties, casual karaoke nights, beer or wine appreciation sessions, and so much more. With an audio-visual system, onsite commercial kitchen and fully-stocked bar, it has everything you could need – the sky’s the limit!

Oak Lawn
Oak Lawn is an ideal outdoor function venue in Perth, capable of hosting large marquees or fully open-air events in a leafy riverside setting on the UWA campus.
Function Rooms
Our function rooms above the Refectory suit presentations, workshops or meetings of up to 100 people. The Sue Boyd and May Tannock rooms boast amazing natural lighting and high ceilings, and the Acorn room also connects to a commercial kitchen. All rooms have access to an outer wrap-around balcony for views of Matilda Bay.
