Personal Wellbeing Support
The Guild’s own Student Assist team is made up of social workers and a counsellor, to help support you through stressful times. The Student Assist Counsellor is a free service with unlimited sessions, available in-person or online.
You can turn to Student Assist for stress management and mental health advice, or issues relating to discrimination, disabilities, sexuality and more.

The Centre offers students an opportunity to experience the many benefits of meditation under the guidance of a trained meditation practitioner, and is free to use on weekdays.
Daily drop-in meditation: weekdays 12-1PM
Guided meditation: Tuesday & Thursday 1.15-1.45PM

The University Medical Centre is a fully equipped and accredited service supporting the campus community with high-quality safe and confidential care.
The home of sport & fitness at UWA, with a fully equipped gym, classes, social and competitive sports, court hire and a pool.
The Guild Sports Department promotes an active lifestyle, working with UWA Sport and Guild clubs to deliver activities like Inter-Faculty Sports during semester.
