The Guild has partnered with UWA for the launch of the new Activate! Student Grant, supporting student-led projects both on and off campus promoting student engagement, well-being and connection. In a time where students all over the world are adjusting to new ways of learning and living, these Activate! grants of up to $10,000 aim to help students feel connected to their community outside of the classroom.
The grants require an endorsement of the project from a member of the UWA academic staff. If you have difficulty securing an endorser to back your project, you can list the Alumni Fund team in your application - they can help find someone suitable to connect you with.
Applications are NOW OPEN and close on Monday 21 September - if you or your club are currently undertaking or looking to start up a project for student engagement, you may be eligible! Successful applicants will be notified by Monday 5 October.
