TEDxUWA

TEDxUWA was born to provide an opportunity for UWA students, staff, alumni and members of the wider Perth community to share their ideas, innovations and stories that complies under the TED motto of “Ideas Worth Spreading” and the club’s purpose of “synergised innovation”. We aim to foster a welcoming and multidisciplinary network with our members in order to achieve our vision of promoting the TEDx spirit in a majorly on-campus community. We organise events such as TEDxUWA annual conference, personal development workshops and TEDxSalon events to promote and encourage more people to share their ideas in a constructive environment. Our workshops are also targeted to build confidence in public speaking and presentation skills for members and prospective speakers.
