MD1 Orientation BBQ and Social Games

This is a social event to allow first year medical students a chance to mingle and chat in a controlled environment. This will be taking place on their first day of orientation, providing food for their lunch, and light sport games through which they can meet their peers. 

Food will be BBQ beef sausages with vegetarian options available, along with wholemeal bread and sauces. Napkins and bins will be available to minimise any impact on the environment. 

Sports games will be organised by WAMSS sports reps, these will likely include things such as;

- throwing a frisbee, whoever catches it has to introduce themselves + a fun fact

- Kicking soccerball around/football etc

There will be shade available for those who don't wish to participate in the sports games but still want to get to know their class mates.
