Onam celebration

Onam is a harvest festival celebrated in South India. We would like to organise an event to celebrate the festival on campus so students can experience the culture and celebrate the festival with us.

The event will involve games like Tug of war, lemon and spoon race and pinata breaking outdoors. We will also have indoor activities like bracele making, mandala design and food served indoors. The indoor events would take place in  Sue Boyd room and the outdoor games will take place in the Oak lawn. We will have Indian hot meals catered from a External restaurant. We will have one first aid officer and an exec with SLT present at the event.

The EMP is filed two weeks prior as our new committee have only just received our ERFs and weren't able to file the EMP before
