Online Interview Preparation

The event is intended to help people to improve upon their online/virtual interviewing skills as a lot of companies have started conducting this due to COVID-19. The event will involve participants sending in a recording of themselves answering a set of interview questions, Women in Business will then provide some tips on how they could improve. Following this, Zoom sessions will be held with each participant on the day of the event and will involve an interview roleplay with Women in Business committee members so that the pariticpant can apply the feedback they were given and practice in an interview scenario.
