Do you know the difference between a valid, sound, and cogent argument? Can you identify the different kinds of arguments and fallacies? If you answered no, then this study group might be what you need.

This study group will aim to master the basics of philosophy, do well in assignments and ace exams. Based on the principle of learning through teaching, each fortnight members will raise questions and find out the answers together.

Sessions run 5–6pm on the following Thursdays in Hemsley Learning Suite (Purple Room, Reid Library) with the exception of Week 8 (28th April) which will be held in The Circle in Reid Library.
