Pop up event - making show bags for club carnival

This event is to assemble the show bags required for club carnival, in whatever capacity it occurs next week (whether all the clubs are together on the same day, or whether it is split up over multiple days). It is a small outdoor event, with a maximum of maybe 20 attendees expected, and it will occur in guild village, on outdoor tables, and it will last for two hours on Friday the 4th of March. It was a last minute decision to host this pop up microvolunteering event, made earlier this week.
