This workshop is designed to help students who identify as male engage with healthy mental health practices. This program benefits students particularly as mental illness is prevalent in young adults especially with the added pressures university students face with juggling study, work and the other responsibilities that come with being an adult.

Being able to see the signs of mental illness in those around you, or being able to recognise them in yourself, is a very important skill, and talking about mental health and mental illness is statistically difficult among men.

This program makes help more accessible to students who may not be comfortable seeking professional help or don’t know where to go.
