This is an amazing race event facillitated by the UWAMSA aimed at both the Muslim and Non-Muslim population on campus. The purpose of this event is to provide a fun atmosphere for students to unwind and while also encouraging community engagement and boosting interest in Islamic historical figures that they may be aware of. The event will be hosted mainly at Hackett Cafe however, participants will be required to visit stalls across campus (at Prescott court, taxanomic gardens, Sanders, James Oval, the sunken garden, and the reflection pond and Rex Prider courtyard) to answer questions and engage in activities. While this is a race, there will be no running involved, participants are simply encouraged to complete the activity circuit as fast as they can. The first team to return to Hackett cafe after completing all activities will win a prize. The activities will be as follows:
2 stations where participants are required to answer questions/solve puzzles to move to the next stage
2 stations where participants are required to engage in a group discussion over a chosen topic
3 stations where participants are required to engage with their team to complete athletic or artistic tasks.
