Been wanting to get in the gym but haven’t because you don’t have a program, haven’t used all the gym equipment before, faced cost barriers or are intimidated by the space? The Guild and UWA sport have got you covered!
Introducing the first ever six week, completely FREE, introduction to strength training program for women and non-binary students. Commencing in Week 2 and running every Tuesday from 4-5pm, the six week program will cover the basics of gym use as well as various forms of exercise in a non-judgmental safe space. No prior gym experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to join a gym, and make new friends.
