Youth Speak Forum

YSF is based on the results of the YouthSpeak Survey - a global insight survey organized annually by AIESEC to collect the answers to the most relevant questions for young people all over the world. YouthSpeak Survey 2022 will focus on four key topics: 

1) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2) Youth at Work 3) Climate crisis and 4) Leadership we need

Our goal is to collect responses from young people across the world and create a report that will serve as a guide for different sectors on how to engage with young people.

YouthSpeak Forum powered by AIESEC is an AIESEC product run by youth for youth. The touchpoint empowers young people to understand how they can contribute to these topics through short and powerful talks, sparking their interest in self-development through skills-building workshops.
