Nominations will close Monday 9th of November at 5pm. The election will occur at the SOC-PAC meeting on the 10th of November 5:30pm.

The following are brief position descriptions for each role. Please note positions are flexible and expecations may vary based on the needs of Sub-Council from time to time.
SOC
VP
-Assist President, represent them where President is unavailable.
-Assists in the management of the Committee and Sub-Committee
Treasurer
-Manages Club Grants
-Oversees club finances for accuracy
-Assists in the management of the SOC/PAC budget
Secretary
-Takes minutes at council meetings, committee meetings and other sub-committee meetings
-General Administration, including ERFs, mailing lists, website etc
OCM
-Assigned tasks as need by the Executive.
-Assists the Council to fulfil its objects.
PAC
VP
-Assist President, represent them where President is unavailable.
-Assists in the management of the Committee and running of Theme Weeks
Treasurer
-Manages Club Grants
-Oversees theme week budget and grants
-Assists in the management of the PAC budget
Secretary
-Takes minutes at council meetings, committee meetings and other sub-committee meetings
-General Administration, including ERFs, mailing lists, website etc
OCM
-Assigned tasks as needed by the Executive.
-Assists the Council to fulfil its objects.
-May be assigned to run a theme week or assist in the larger theme weeks (eg. Head of Marketing and Design for Fringe Week)
